Client has to generate reports. To generate these reports, the staff has to manually refer 4-5 different sources while taking approx.20 minutes for each report. The job is repetitive, uninteresting leading to errors which further needs QA and inspection staff thereby adding to costs.

Fidel created a solution which runs few bots (software programs) which will crawl and refer to the 4-5 different sources of information, collate the information together, run logic over it and generate report in few seconds with accuracy. This has increased the efficiency for the client and with limited staff they process more such reports.

RPA with digital assistance

One of our client processes close to 150,000 new KYC on a daily basis. In few cases, they receive forms which have to be manually fed to the systems. Upon feeding the data to the system, software algorithm will run on the data and calculate the eligibility for loan or other financial services. Fidel developed an OCR based solution to capture the data from the form (upto 60%) and directly populating the client application with the data. The remaining data (due to illegibility of characters ) is then entered manually. This automation has helped our client save money in terms of efforts and increased further the productivity.
